Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care, and food products, we generally do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care products, food items, or other perishable goods. We also cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our homestead. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your message. We may ask you to provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped.

Once we’ve started preparing your custom order or your order has shipped, we may be unable to cancel or refund the order.
